Reservations

  
Please make sure that all information provided is accurate. If you need to cancel a reservation for any reason, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the original pickup time, failure to do so may result in cancellation fees. When making a reservation please specify how many people will be traveling along with as much accurate information as possible. If you have any special requests please let the dispatcher know when making your reservation, we will be more then happy to assist you in whatever way we can.    

Luggage & Oversized Items

When making a reservation please tell the dispatcher exactly how many pieces of luggage you will be traveling with, we will then recommend a specific size vehicle to accommodate your needs. All luggage must be able to fit inside the trunk of our vehicles, extra luggage is NOT permitted in the front or back seat of our vehicles (except backpacks, handbags, computer bags, small size bags) due to your safety and our strict insurance rules & regulations. If you will be traveling with oversized luggage such as golf clubs, skis, car seats, wheelchairs, fishing equipment or any other large item, please let us know when making your reservation, this way we could provide the correct size vehicle to accommodate your party. 

Clean-Up & Damage

 
If any client gets car sickness or any other sickness please alert the driver before you get in the car, this way the driver will be aware of your situation and he/she will pull over as needed. Any client who gets sick inside any of our vehicles will be assessed a surcharge fee depending on the severity of damage. If a client needs to stop for any reason please make the driver aware of the situation immediately, and he/she will be happy to assist you in any way. Anyone who damages anything inside or outside any of our vehicles will be charged according to the severity of damage.

Alcohol or Drugs--Behavior

If any client is caught under the influence of alcohol or drugs who cannot contain themselves will be issued a one time warning, if the problem continues the whole job will be terminated on the spot, no questions asked, with no refund.
